Class Description

GYROKINESIS I

In this beginner class, we will stretch seated comfortably on stools (or chairs) and finish with standing work. You will leave this class feeling refreshed and centred with more ease of movement. This class is accessible for everyone.

GYROKINESIS II

This 90 minute class combines stool work with floor work. A minimum of 3 beginner classes is recommended before progressing to level II. This class will challenge your body in new ways. Be prepared to sweat!

ELDOA

We will practice 3 or 4 ELDOA postures combined with myofascial stretching. You will be motivated to work hard and go deeper in the poses, this class is a challenge and very rewarding! Class is accessible for everyone.

FUN FUSION

This fun class starts with a wonderful warmup of Gyrokinesis stool work, followed by pilates floor work. Upbeat, with a fluid rhythm. This class is accessible for everyone.
