Michelle began her studies in the Gyrotonic® Method in 2014 and has trained extensively with multiple Master Trainers. She continues to deepen her education through ongoing study and advanced coursework, guided by a commitment to thoughtful, intelligent movement. Her background also includes training through the SomaTraining® Institute in ELDOA™ and Myofascial Stretching, as well as a diploma in Kinetic Swedish Massage Therapy.

After experiencing a shoulder and neck injury and finding limited relief through more conventional approaches, Michelle was drawn to the Gyrotonic and ELDOA systems for their depth, precision, and capacity to support true healing and reorganization of the body. This personal experience continues to inform her teaching and her understanding of movement as both a rehabilitative and expressive process.

Michelle has worked with a wide range of clients, from those seeking pain relief and post-surgical recovery to individuals looking to improve strength, mobility, and overall quality of movement. Her teaching emphasizes clarity, breath, rhythm, and a deep respect for each person’s unique structure. She approaches teaching as a collaborative process, supporting students in developing a deeper connection to their bodies and a more sustainable relationship with movement.
